Visit Timanfaya (Fire mountain) an active volcano on the island of Lanzarote

After a hotel pick up you board the Lineas Romero Ferry “Don Juan” for a 30 minute crossing to Lanzarote. On arrival your bus will be waiting to take you on a short journey to the Green Lagoons at El Golfo. These lagoons get their colour from the algae which thrives in the Volcanic lagoon.

From here another short bus journey takes you to Timanfaya National Park where you visit the live volcanoes. There are several demonstrations to show you that you are indeed standing on an active volcano.
After your time at the visitors centre you will then be taken through the spectacular lunar landscape that is the lava fields, you can easily imagine you are on an alien planet.

To finish off your tour you then visit the wine region of Lanzarote and stop of at a local Bodega. Here you will get to sample some of the excellent Lanzarote wines and discover how these are produced.

The ferry leaves at 5.00pm and you will be back in Corralejo around 5.30 and the bus will return you to your starting point.
